The Yunikair Air cooled after coolers are designed to reduce the temperature of compressed air immediately after compression by using ambient air as the cooling medium. The hot compressed air passes through a finned heat exchanger, where a high-speed fan forces cool air across the surface, effectively dissipating heat.
As the air cools, moisture present in the compressed air condenses into liquid form, which can then be easily separated and drained. This process improves air quality, protects downstream equipment, and enhances the efficiency of the entire compressed air system.
